SWERVE 'N' CURVE #5

SWERVE N CURVE #5 RALLY
September 3rd-6th, 2004

The SOUTH BAY SCOOTER CLUB will be sponsoring our 5th annual Swerve N Curve scooter rally this year.

The new twist to this year's event is that we have expanded the festivities from a one or two day event, to a four-day, Labor Day weekend blowout!!!

And, we will be having Rally packs this year at the rally. For $20, (and this can change anytime, too), Rallygoers will get a rally T-Shirt and patch, a raffle ticket, and two tickets to the two night-time events (Sat and Sunday), plus all the free stuff that different vendors will be sending along to fill the Rally packs with...

CUSTOM TROPHIES: Greg Clauss, of Clauss Studios & Manufacturing (one of our sponsors, natch), will be designing some cool, one-of-a-kind, scooter trophies for the winners of our Scooter Show competitions, taking place on September 5th (see itinerary below). Make sure to get your project bikes put together now!

So, here’s the TENTATIVE ITINERARY for now (THIS CAN CHANGE):

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 4TH:

10AM: Meet at two different locations to come together for the traditional Swerve 'N' Curve route:

If you're coming from the North: Meet at Tommy’s Burger, corners of Lincoln & Pico Blvd.'s, in Santa Monica, CA, at 10am; ride leaves at 12noon for MB Pier.

If you are coming from the South: Meet at Claim Jumper restaurant, corners of Lomita & Crenshaw Blvd.'s, 24301 Crenshaw Blvd., Torrance, CA 90505 (310) 517-1874, at 11am; ride leaves at 12 noon for MB Pier.
